Rider Contract
The team's philosophical principles are based on
Courage, Commitment, Community and Camaraderie.
You are encouraged to wear the team jersey on all
rides. Members must wear the team jersey at races,
charity rides, etc. Club members and racers alike
are asked to volunteer for at least one team
sponsored event during each year to promote a
local charity or to promote youth cycling. Members
must register under the ZTEAM designation at all
cycling events. Traffic laws must be obeyed at all
times when wearing a ZTEAM uniform. You are
representing ZTEAM whenever you are on your bike,
training rides, or racing. We ask that you really
go out of your way to be courteous to motorists
and pedestrians. Any discourtesy reported
concerning traffic, spectators, officials or any
other individuals, will result in a probationary
period from your sponsorship with ZTEAM Cycling. A
second offense will result in immediate
disqualification from your sponsorship, and
forfeiture of club dues. Members of ZTEAM Cycling
receive discounts on bicycles, parts, and
accessories through sponsoring shops and
manufacture direct. Any other discounts will
depend upon outside sponsors of ZTEAM Cycling. I
have read the obligations and benefits concerning
ZTEAM Cycling sponsorship. I accept all conditions
explained herein and understand any obligations
not fulfilled by either party are terms for
immediate termination of the team agreement.

CONCERNING ZTEAM CYCLING SPONSORSHIP. I ACCEPT ALL
CONDITIONS EXPLAINED HEREIN AND UNDERSTAND ANY
OBLIGATIONS NOT FULFILLED BY EITHER PARTY ARE
TERMS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TEAM
AGREEMENT.
